What We Offer
Empower your community to care for self, neighbor, and creation
Karen and Travis integrate deep theological training and pastoral experience with modern wellness research to create workshops and resources tailored specifically to your community’s unique journey.
Guest Speaking
With over 13 years of experience, Karen and Travis Webster have shared their insights at local, regional, and national conferences, churches, and academic institutions. They bring together sacred traditions and modern wellbeing through conversation-driven in-person and virtual presentations.
Core Topics Include:
- Care for Self: Restorative rhythms, motivation for movement, and holistic self-care practices.
- Care for Community: Cultivating hospitality, building healthy faith communities, and working towards greater wholeness.
- Care for Creation: Environmental stewardship and the spiritual significance of our food choices.
Classes and Small Groups
We facilitate classes and small groups that nurture physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational wellbeing. Join us as we explore time-honored spiritual wisdom and modern insights that support you in the fullness of your lived experience.
Consulting Services
We are passionate about working with theological institutions of higher education to provide a healthy foundation for theological students to live out their vocations. Integrating body, mind, and spirit through holistic and sustainable practices as part of their formation will help students cultivate imaginative, mindful connections in whatever ministry God calls them to throughout their lives.
The programs we have developed are theologically and research-based, and can be customized for your community.
Sustainable Living Practices
Plant-Based Eating Workshops
Healthy eating means not only good nutrition for the body but also care for the world (people and planet). Karen and Travis love sharing either in person or virtually:
- Easy and affordable whole-foods, plant-based recipes and samples (when possible).
- Recipe “makeover” ideas (making them lighter and healthier).
- Tips for planning and navigating potlucks and other food-centered gatherings.
Organic Gardening
We have significant experience in designing, implementing, and overseeing several community gardens (among communities of faith and a theological institution of higher learning).
Plus, we also have an extensive home garden, which provides us with the opportunity to learn and to experiment with various environmentally-sensitive practices in an ever-changing world.
We enjoy sharing practical tips and strategies on a wide variety of garden topics.
